Note 1 : A non-profit organization with a Quebec Enterprise Number IS NOT a registered charity
Note 2 : Schools, if you do not have your own charity number, we accept the charity number of your School Service Centre.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Submit projects (up to 3) via the online form during the call for projects period.
  • Update the organization’s profile annually, including the following documents:

ANALYSIS

  • The donations analysis committee reviews the applications and makes recommendations to the board members.
  • Projects addressing basic needs and serving materially or socially disadvantaged population are prioritized.
  • Public organizations (schools, municipalities) should demonstrate that they contribute a portion of the project costs themselves or have a partnership with a third party. For private organizations, we appreciate projects where funding is not entirely requested from the Fondation Tremblant, although this is not an automatic rejection criterion.
  • Normally, we do not fund religious organizations, infrastructure or travel projects.
  • During the project analysis period, the organization may be contacted for a meeting with the committee or management to clarify some aspects of the project.
  • Recipient organizations will be notified by email around mid-November. The official donation ceremony will take place in mid-December.
