This page outlines eligibility criteria and the application process.

Projects submitted must align with the mission of the Fondation Tremblant.

To empower underprivileged children to grow and thrive by supporting the organizations in the MRC des Laurentides that work for their well-being, while raising community awareness to create lasting change.

Supporting children today, building a sustainable future.

Be a Registered Charity1 with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), or a school2 or a municipality.

Be located in or operate within the MRC des Laurentides.

Serve children aged 0–17.

Note 1 : A non-profit organization (NPO) with a provincial NEQ number is not a Registered Charity.

Note 2 :Schools: if you don’t have your own charity number, we accept the number of your school service centre.

Submit up to three (3) projects via the online form during the official call-for-projects period.

Update your organization profile annually, including:

- List of executives and board members
- Charter / Letters Patent (uploaded once when the profile is created)
- Board resolution
- Annual financial statements

Complete all form fields, including a detailed, balanced project budget.

Complete the activity report for grants received the previous year, including accountability details and project photos.

IMPORTANT : Applications submitted late, by email, or by mail will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected.

The Donations Review Committee evaluates applications and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Priority is given to projects meeting basic needs and serving materially or socially disadvantaged children.

Public organizations (schools, municipalities) should show they are covering part of the project costs or partnering with a third party. For private organizations, we value projects not entirely financed by the Fondation Tremblant—though this is not an automatic rejection criterion.

In general, we do not fund religious organizations, infrastructure projects, or travel projects.

During the review period, you may be contacted for a meeting with the committee or the Executive Director to clarify aspects of your project.

Successful applicants are notified by email around mid-November. The official grant ceremony takes place mid-December.
